1. Who we are

The programme is created and led by Gwen Geerinck. "We" and "us" mean Elevare Legacy Oü; "you" means the person enrolling. These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to your enrolment. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here reduces your legal rights.

2. The programme

What it is: a live online group coaching programme with Gwen.
When: three live 60-minute sessions on 27, 28 and 29 October 2026, at the times shown on the enrol page.
Group: a maximum of 12 participants.
Before you begin: four intake questions, which Gwen reads personally, and an onboarding call.
Where: online via Zoom. Joining details arrive by email after you enrol.
Recordings: sessions are recorded for Gwen's private use only, so she can prepare your written summary. Recordings are never shared with participants or anyone else, are stored securely and are deleted 30 days after the cohort ends. Instead of a recording, you receive a written summary. See our Privacy Policy.
You'll need: a stable internet connection, a camera and microphone, and a quiet private space.

3. Enrolling and payment

The price is €1,800, paid once through our secure Stripe checkout. There are no instalments or renewals.
Your enrolment is confirmed when your payment goes through. You'll get a confirmation email with these Terms and the withdrawal form.
Your invoice/receipt is sent to you automatically by email after payment.
You must be 18 or over to enrol.

4. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from this contract within 14 days of your purchase without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the online withdrawal form linked on our website and in your confirmation email, email us, or send the form in the Annex. We will confirm receipt by email and refund you within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

If the programme starts within your 14 days. At checkout you ask us to begin the programme straight away, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once all three sessions have taken place. If you withdraw after sessions have begun but still within your 14 days, the law lets us keep a proportionate amount: €600 for each live session already held. We refund the rest.

This right applies to consumers only; business buyers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

5. Moving to a later cohort

If you can't make your dates, reply to your confirmation email at least 48 hours before session 1, and we'll move your place to a later cohort starting within 12 months, subject to available places. Your payment and intake answers carry over. You can transfer once, free of charge.

6. If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel the programme or move a session, we'll let you know as soon as possible. You can then choose a full refund or a free transfer to a later cohort.

7. Coaching is not therapy

The Clarity Booster is coaching: a reflective, forward-looking process. It is not therapy, counselling or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't replace them. It is not suitable for anyone in acute crisis. If you need urgent help, call your local emergency number (112 in the EU, 911 in the US) or a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own choices and results, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome.

8. The group and confidentiality

The group works because it is a safe space. You agree to:

treat Gwen and other participants with respect;
keep what others share confidential;
not record, photograph, screenshot or transcribe any session, by any means;
not use the sessions to promote products or services;
keep your access link to yourself.

We may remove anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these commitments, and this does not give rise to a refund beyond what the law requires. Gwen keeps what you share, including your intake answers, confidential, unless the law requires otherwise or someone is at serious risk of harm.

9. Intellectual property

All programme materials and the names Reconnect & Thrive™ and Clarity Booster™ belong to us. You may use the materials for your own personal development, but not copy, share, resell or use them to coach others.

10. Liability

We deliver the programme with care and skill. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for indirect losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, and it does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Concerns and complaints

If anything isn't right, please email us first. We would much rather talk it through with you. Consumers may also contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (TTJA, www.ttja.ee) or a dispute resolution body in their own country (list of bodies).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts. For business buyers, the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, have jurisdiction.

13. General

The version of these Terms accepted at checkout applies to your enrolment. If any clause is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Your place is personal to you.
