What happens next

Before the first live session: you receive a full refund of €1,800.
If sessions have already begun and you are still within your 14 days: €600 is kept for each live session already held, and the rest is refunded.
After all three sessions: the right of withdrawal has ended.

Refunds are made within 14 days, to your original payment method, with no fees deducted. The statutory withdrawal right applies to consumers only. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.
