When you enrol in the Clarity Booster, your seat is reserved for you and your process begins. This policy explains your options, simply and fairly.

Before the programme starts

Changed your mind? Withdraw within 14 days of purchase, before the first live session, and you receive a full refund of €1,800.
Can't make the dates? Let us know at least 48 hours before session 1 and we'll move your place, once and free of charge, to a later cohort starting within 12 months. Your payment and intake answers carry over.

Once the programme has started

Once the sessions begin, refunds are not offered. If something isn't working for you, Gwen invites you to a private conversation so the two of you can resolve it together.

The legal exception: if you are an EU consumer and you bought within 14 days of the start date, you can still withdraw during your 14-day period. In that case €600 is kept for each live session already held, and the rest is refunded. Once all three sessions have taken place, the right of withdrawal ends. The statutory withdrawal right applies to consumers only, not to business buyers.

If we cancel or reschedule

You choose: a full refund or a free transfer to a later cohort.

Removal from the group

If a participant is removed for seriously breaching the group commitments in our Terms, no refund is given beyond what the law requires.

How to withdraw and get your refund

Use the online withdrawal form on our website or in your confirmation email, email us, or send the model form attached to our Terms. We confirm receipt by email. Refunds are made within 14 days, to your original payment method, with no fees deducted.
